Wunderman is seeking for talented Web Content Managers to join the Central Eastern Europe Online hub. Key skill sets required include mainly maintenance of content on Microsoft websites www.microsoft.com, but also working on information architecture to realize search engine friendly online content and content strategies that encourage reach, support the overall brand, increase overall customer satisfaction, and demonstrate consideration for web usability best practices. You know Microsoft technologies. You have an structured hands-on approach, are detail oriented, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are able to multi-task.
This position reports to the MSCOM Director CEE.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain site content in an efficient manner
- Evaluation of best content strategy for dedicated market
- Consulting in content delivery, information architecture and taxonomy questions
- Set best practices for web content utilizing web usability best practices
- Ensure online content is fresh by identifying content owners and establishing content renewal strategy
- Create and maintain web page meta tags in support of search engine optimization efforts, ensuring efforts are aligned with site taxonomy.
- Work with Strategic Planner to monitor results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate web site and newsletter metrics to understand channel effectiveness, pilot new ideas, and continually improve and evolve methods.
- Design together with the team long term web strategy.
- Work with regional offices to design and implement global site content management strategy.
- Develop content management strategies and processes to support world-class, multi-site architecture.
Requirements
- One or more years experience working on content management in digital environment, supporting web information architecture and site taxonomy development
- English as daily business communication language
- Ability to lead small projects
- Experience in Microsoft technologies and content strategy development/management for the online environment utilizing web usability best practices
- HTML/XML/CSS skills
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise-class web content management systems
- An ability to work with technical staff and alongside account & project management
- Knowledge of online advertising, eMarketing, interactive technologies, website development principals and RM Marketing principals
