MSC Junior executioner will participate on an MSC execution team by preparing data to be “execution” ready for GMP tool execution.
- Reformatting of data files for loading into various internal Microsoft tools. Examples:
- Siebel data loads
- Attendee/invitee lists
- Sales ID loads
- Etc.
- Cleansing of data on campaign basis to improve campaign execution. Examples:
- Removal of malformed physical addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Combining of data files for use of suppression.
- May aid from time to time in internal Microsoft tools execution (e.g. performing mailing list pulls, doing events setups, etc.) as needed.
Required skills:
- Basic understanding of the direct marketing project process flow and execution a plus.
- Needs the ability to multi-task multiple execution team deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Good organization skills, acute attention to detail, consistent follow through).
- Skills using data manipulation tools (SQL Server, Access, etc.) for large files (<1 million records).
- 2-4 years experience data cleansing and or preparation is required.
- English language skills required; Czech and Russian language skills a huge plus.
